My wife uses the mood cards whilst in therapy sessions with both children and young teens. They are well made and will last a long time. They are large, bright and have clear easy to read messages. I love these cards - so do the children I work with.

Easy to use. She commented that there were a large variety of "feelings" portrayed on the cards, which gave a greater choice to the client to represent how they were feeling at the time. Each card has questions written on them that you can use to prompt the client. The affirmations provide positive starting points for the children to change their mindset.
