Micheal states specific sources such as scientific studies and experiments in detail, so you know he isn't full of s#! I was getting the easy newbie gains, but I wasn't confident that my splits would get me to the next level that I wanted to achieve. An incredibly well written text everyone who wants to own a stronger, leaner, fitter body should read.
