The picture quality is excellent with superior contrast. I use my monitor for gaming, and I need a monitor to perform at low and high refresh rates. If you’re after a monitor to tide you over until high refresh rate gaming in 4k becomes more viable, you can’t do much better than this one, scant few at the time of this review can compete with it. I have not experienced any problems so far but I've only heard the problem happening to the 32 inch model unless I'm one of the lucky ones. The monitor is deep, so I have ended up mounting on my wall. It does not come with extra screws for mounting so you will need your own. The monitor is very simple to put together with the stand, it only required 4 screws to connect to the monitor and then 1 screw for the feet.

It's 32 Inch so not light but way, way, wayyy lighter than the Alienware 34 Inch monitors. I’m delighted with it. I have not experienced any of the flickering issues, using my rtx 2080 rig, firmware v1006, so have not updated the firmware any further.

Oh and considering the size of the power block. 1 or display port cables. It came to me a few days ago, the original box it came in is somewhat damaged, it seems like it wasn't new, but the moitor is the best monior I've had so far.

Once the monitor has around an hour to warm up, you can enjoy grey to grey response times of less than 3ms with no noticeable visual inverse ghosting, suggesting this model has been very finely tuned in the factory by Samsung. Once in stock, BUY THIS MONITOR, you will not regret it! The only qualm I have about the physical design is the rather large base support legs of the unit, which can gobble up a lot of space for smaller desktops.

Two basic ones under the front bezel, a tacky blue led for the power button and the rear lighting ambiance is so lame I turned it all off. Please be aware, the monitor comes with only a Display Port cable (which you are better off using to get the most out of the monitor).

Anyway, 240hz, zero ghosting and beautiful colours. ICosmetics? The response time on the monitor makes it ideal for gaming as well as the high refresh rates allow for those faster reactions.
