For my recipe, I use 1/2 sour manioc and 1/2 regular tapioca starch. The dough will be extremely soft and stretchy. - Combine milk and olive oil in a pot and bring to a gentle boil.
To Bake:- Preheat to 350- Bake 30-40 minutes, until golden brownBTW, if anyone has any recommendations of other things I could use the sour manioc starch for, I would love to hear it!
