• Play/Pause/Skip button: a multifunctional button, missing in Stanmore I, has been added. Bluetooth connection is low latency and ensures no lag between video and audio while watching a movie.

Generous bass for such a tiny box - better than any transistor radio of a similar size that I ever heard. 5mm lead to listen to a talk on BBC R4 and it was ok.

In addition to this the App allows to pair multiple Marshall products together and fine tune the sound with 5 bands EQ. By spinning the knob on the speaker, you will see the volume on your phone increase or decrease accordingly. The only problem that I had with my Stockwell II speaker is: the sounds are a bit hoarse, even a bit broke, in the place where the music is supposed to be crystal clear. It's good for spoken voice radio as well as watching films or TV, but really shines with music of various types, from folk through jazz and classical, even bass-heavy rock and pop.
That’s super cool!!! Brilliant sound system
Marshall Emberton is a small, lightweight wireless speaker with a retro-inspired look. Decent bass and volume and I would agree with other reviews that say it excels in the vocals. 5mm cable connection is flawed, I found that too - the device rapidly goes into a sleep mode in a couple of seconds, then wakes up just after the next track or sound has begun. The media could not be loaded.

Original review below:-------------------------Easily carried from room to room. I am not sure whether the "hoarseness" is intentional or due to some part of the speaker that I received is getting loose, but (although it sounds more "rock" this way), it is different from what the artist intended. I came across the Marshall Emberton which looked the perfect size and build quality for my budget.
