R. Luck
Not sure, but that's how good it is - up there with the best things 2022 has had to offer. Cards on the table, I know James and have had the pleasure of working with or for him on a number of occasions. All this being the case, I really wanted to love Animal House.
And by the book's end, I realised how little I really knew about James, how much about him and his story is brave and admirable, and how chuffed I am to have had the chance to write for the man these many, many years. Book of the year? Come the end of the introduction, it was clear I wasn't going to have to force any enthusiasm.
