Buy it and be amazed ! Couldn’t put this book down and read it within a week. But I wanted to try to make it last as long as I could.

I could have easily flew through it with a couple of days. It’s lawless out there! From start to finish this book takes you on a journey not just of one man’s career, but through every step and breath Shay took on a journey that won’t ever be repeated. Having to not only do a job where lives are in the line, yet constantly keep your cool with all of the internal politics & egos associated with getting results.

Had to do an edit just listened to the podcast h-hour, listen to it and listen to what Shay says. Don’t think you will find another like him

An insight into the levels of lawful audaciousness, finely honed skills & let’s face it - absolute front & bottle needed to take so called ‘gangsters’ off the streets. This man was tasked with bringing the worst of the dangerous villains to justice risking his life every day and trying to keep his identity secret or he would be killed . An honest & heartfelt account of an important chapter in history, privileged to have spent some time in your company Shay & thanks for the unique perspective & window into that world. The real OCG infiltrator!

I’m not much of a big reader, but I can honestly say I enjoyed every page of this book, it’s so gripping you just want to keep on reading. Great read! Having experience within some of that world it’s great to read a book which is gritty, and gives a true account of policing in general but also highlights the failures and lack of respect within the covert world to deal with experienced UC officers who go where most officers would not have the bottle or skills to do what Shay has done.
