You don't get "Something for nothing". This will aid your toning of your body. Diet, situps and excercise will do the rest. This product unlike other imatitions is a quality toner for you tummy and comes from a reputable supplier.
Recommended if used correctly in combination with a good exercise regime. The information leaflets and advice with the product including safety advice is well written and balanced and doesn't claim to give you superpowers. Has toned my tummy over a 6 week period.
This will not by itself create Abs like Renaldo but over a period of 6 weeks will certainly tone your tummy if used correctly.
