It’s nicely made and rolls smoothly over my scalp. Overall this is great but perhaps a little overpriced when other derma rollers will do the same thing.

Most importantly, the body of the roller is made from tough plastic that withstands scalding for sanitisation very well - I always scald mine with a drop of antiseptic and let it air-dry before use, and there's been no issue at all with that. I use it with scalp serum and its very nice and pleasant to use.

My scalp is in better condition and less hair falling. This roller is great add on to my hair care routine. I’ve used derma rollers before on my face and this one for your hair isn’t any different apart from the traditional hairburst branding and colour.
Too early to see any benefits but in principle it does what it says and it’s simple and easy to use. 25mm roller is a reliable and efficient way to work regular rolling into your haircare regime without too much discomfort, the very modest 0. Easy to use scalp roller for supporting hair growth and improving hair and scalp condition in general. Need to be use for 15 minutes 3 times a week.
What also helps is the washable plastic case that comes with it, so you can keep it clean in storage between uses. Too early to see any effect but I can feel it on my head afterwards and works really well with applying product too. 25mm being around the optimum length for the process.
This is a well made roller and not a cheap product. I've used a scalp roller for some time (3/4 times a week for 10 mins or so), and believe it has improved / maintained the quality of my hair in combination with topical products. Usually in early spring and early autumn so I motivated to use anything to improve my hair condition. HairBurst is a brand I trust and using their supplements and haircare products for many years.
