Would thoroughly recommend for the price if you're looking to increase muscle mass around the forearms. Its good for grip and forearm strength training, the price is reasonable and it looks and feels well made. I've been using for a few months now to work my forearms out as using a barbell was uncomfortable and didn't feel like it was targeting just my forearms enough. So far I've had no issues at all.

It is very good quality and the price is low (£6. I like this product. The choice of kg is great for strengthening your hands over a period of time. I don't think I've gone past about 25kg yet but it's good to know I can progress as I use it more.
