The wrist bp machines are less accurate because of the placement on the wrist,The A & D machine I haven’t seen before nor used, even though I am a semi retired nurse/ care senior worker. The device also displays other features such as irregular heartbeats and has a memory of the past 30 readings which is pretty handy to look back on. Works virtually out of the box, so a very simple process. It comes packed with instructions on how the monitor works and directions of use on the cuff itself too.

This is a very good machine and just as accurate as others in this tier. I took it to the drs to test the accuracy and my methods of putting it on, and the results were very close to their own device (as it turns out the rise is just from a subconscious anxiety of being in the drs). Unlike my wrist BP machine, this one doesn’t ask lots of questions like the date, time etc. Now for those who are new on how to take your blood pressure correctly, please continue to read.

Put the cuff on, once in place, ensure it is tight, but not too tight. The third is to measure how many times your heart beats each minute, so the pulse rate.

Great product, accurate readings and it comes with batteries so it's ready to use! You will need to keep still whilst the machine measures the three readings. With its BIHS approval and accuracy, it provides reliable blood pressure readings.

The second or middle one is your blood pressure when your heart relaxes3. Initially, I found that the reading was much lower than at the drs, so I was a bit unsure of the accuracy. I would have liked a safety bag with the machine to keep it nice and clean, otherwise I will need to buy one or keep in the box. The device itself is very similar to the one the doctors used, clearly displaying the systolic and diastolic numbers after the reading is completed.

I'm really happy with this product, 10/10 ✨ So the top number could be 120 systolic / 80 diastolic. This device is super easy to use yourself and turns out to be very accurate results. Speedy delivery have not use product yet but looks good

This isn’t an Omicon machine, but had good reviews, so I thought I would try it. This BP machine is clinically validated for accuracyThe cuff size 22 - 32 cmIn the box comes an information sheet + instructions + cuff + batteries + machine. So I went onto Amazon to purchase this one.
