Haven't seen the 4K yet but I am sure it will look great. Bought blu-ray version for my dad for Christmas and it didn’t work, sent out a replacement and that also didn’t work. Fast Delivery, Reasonable Price, Good Product and Checked OK From start to finish this movie doesn’t let you come up for air.

It’s unusual not to have a villain driven by the acquisition of wealth or power for power’s sake, and here Safin’s role is almost God-like, choosing who gets to live and who dies to his own, almost Aryan selection process. As the film develops he discovers the truth, which leads to the shocking conclusion – Bond for the first time apparently killed, sacrificing himself to save the love of his life specifically and the world in general.

It’ll knock your socks off - Enjoy! At 163 minutes this is by far the longest Bond film, but it seems fitting as it draws the threads of the previous four films together and doesn’t overstay its welcome – much, although after the shock of Bond’s death the scenes following feel a little tacked on.

Great film, watched it in cinemas when it came out. Whilst running from the assailant Madeline falls into a frozen lake, but after a small pause the assailant saves the youngster, in theory settling up a debt to be repaid.

This is a worthy Bond film, perhaps not the very best but deeply satisfying nonetheless - although you'll need a good knowledge of Craig's previous four Bond outings to get the very best from it. Ordering DVD version so fingers crossed that works!

Along the way we have other surprises – Bond had gone missing from MI6 for five years, assumed dead and there’s a new 007 – Nomi, played by Lashana Lynch and the first female ‘00’ agent; and the return of Bond’s great friend and ally CIA agent Felix Leiter, played by Jeffery Wright and missing for a couple of films but brought back very satisfactorily to close a story arc – if nothing else this film gives a sense of completion to the various threads that have been spun through Craig’s tenure as Bond. Very nice but expensiv! The film opens unusually with Bond nowhere to be seen as time looks backwards to a mystery assailant looking to kill the father of Madeline Swann, but who ends up killing her mother instead. Watch it, bathe in the enjoyment and thrill in the excitement of Bond and of course the last film of Daniel being Bond … test my review and watch it!

I have no idea why some have marked this down … clearly never been Bond fans and do not understand the Bond Franchise. Although a minor ding on the upper side.
