You can even use while they could down. I thought they would be small but it's actually enough for my neck.

They are weird and I can’t get my head round that a little metal oval disk is clicked and within a second, the liquid goes hard and hot - amazing! I've boiled them for about 10ish mins and they are back to being able to use tomorrow( ones on the left were used and boiled) they now have a white edge. Arrived well packaged with clear and easy to follow instructions.

Really good quality! I found it's best to boil them on vertical for better water dispersion.

I love science and of course this is just another amazing example. Great little hand warmers, put in your pocket incase hands get cold, snap the little tab and instant heat. 10 to 15 minutes boiling and their back for reuse. The media could not be loaded.

Warm enough without burning you. Packs work great. Kick out good heat for about half hour then slowly cool off to luke warm. To reset them just boil them in hot water for a minute.
