That’s my two cents and that’s probably all it’s worth. With a chi I am able to add volume to my hair easier but it's because the chi is shorter and I'm familiar with it so it's easier to move. The plates are longer and curls better.

Won't do that again. I don't have as much time to get ready as I used to with an infant and a toddler so this thing is a life saver! I made the kistake of pinching the blades on this and it burnt. (picture uploaded to Amazon)I shared one with my roommate back in university for a couple of years.

What I am most happy about I can now wear my hair in it's natural state or straighten it when I want. Not only is workmanship sloppy, it is not the standard of profession warranted by Babyliss Pro. And it might be the way I'm holding it or used to holding it.

The straightener is VERY light and feels all plastic! I started with the temperature setting at 15 and found the best setting for me was 35. After using the same style of flatirons this is different in the way you hold it and manipulate the hair. About 3 days ago my best friend let me borrow her straightener because my hair had gotten puffy throughout the heat of the day, and she handed me one of these bad boys.
