Would have given 5 star but page 172 is missing. Hope this helps someone. Once you’ve got the stock ingredients you only need add your choice of veggies and protein to produce Wagamama style dishes.

I hope this comes out clear enough, I messaged Wagamama on Facebook and they emailed me the missing page, which I am sharing here. I bought the kindle version, where I could not find suggestions for veggie/vegan substitutes for many dishes. However, I am looking forward to making the dishes that I can.
