This Hanke travel bag is really exceptional:on the bottom there are wheels attached like a trolley. The handles on this bag mean that you can carry it in your hands or over your shoulder either. It has four castor wheels underneath and they roll very well, don't stick at all.

The bag itself feels excellent quality, really durable and sturdy, the zippers are very robust and the fabric is strong and thick. However, it doesn't have a structured handle to pull it; there is a long looped strap but its much too lightweight for the heaviness of the bag and when I pulled this along the ground it was really unwieldy, rolling all over the place. In any case, an interesting type of bag, especially if you want to come back with more luggage than you take on a trip, or to have much less storage space than a normal trolley. The bag looks well made and the zippers go well so far.

At the bottom of the bag there are two zippers, which go around the whole bag once, and each allows the bag to be extended by another element when fully opened. Only one negative bit I could find is that if you wanna take something from the bottom, you must take out all your items above it before you can get it out, but I knew it before buying so this don't affect my 5* rating.

Furthermore, the bottom is hard so nothing pushes through when you move the bag on the wheels. There is a side pocket and you can enlarge the travel bag twice. This is a very handy , sturdy bag! To do this, near the bottom you need to open the zippers.

The duffle bag was delivered quickly and had been neatly packed. (in the pic it is full height next to my son who is 5ft8"). Otherwise you can carry the bag with the handles at the top or with a included shoulder strap - whereby I find the strap rather impractical for such a bag.

The downside is that in its smallest size it is too large to fit as a cabin baggage which is a pity; this is really a bag you would use for in-country travel to get the most from it I think. Usually i start with a small case and then realise that I have too much stuff so end up with a series of smaller bags which is a disaster. The wheels are so good it's not an effort to pull it back into check but its a pain nonetheless; impossible to guide in a straight line.
