There’s a lot of hope that is interwoven amongst the murder and mayhem, as well as a strong message of self-acceptance and embracing your authentic being. I guessed the murderer early on but kept changing my mind and loved how the ending unfolded. Who will find the keys 🔑 and whose visit to the Manor will be their very last.

Some clues are easier than others but the lovely prose carries you along with all those similes and images created by the author building a world in your head. An old house cut off by the snow, relatives invited back to play a game to win the deeds to the house, 12 days of clues for them to solve, past trauma to unravel and find the truth behind, great characters and a twist at the end. Lily has no desire to become the owner but is lured back with the promise of finding out what really happened to her mother and who killed her.

Lily is the main character told to go to Endgame House which she is set to inherit. As the remaining Engamers search for the hidden keys and hope for the snow to thaw, you'll feel compelled to hunt alongside them as you try to identify the murderer. ”This was a good game which I really enjoyed.
