After years of finding a sweetener that not only tastes like the real deal and doesn’t spike my blood sugar, I’m delighted to have found this to make low carb/sugar desserts like cheesecake, it’s expensive, there’s no getting around that, but worth it to keep me away from really naughty sweet treats! For the price you would think they could do better.

I have regular granular erythritol I powder when I'm out of swerve, which I will say does not taste as good and leaves that weird aftertaste. There is nothing to dislike about this product!

Since we have a backyard lemon tree we always have a great supply of lemons. It has the texture I was looking for. So tasty on French toast w/ stevia maple syrup.

This is an excellent sugar substitute which can be used 1:1 swap for sugar in recipes and bakes well. Yes it is a bit pricey but it is so worth it!

I love using it for Keto Mug Cakes and it tastes wonderful however there are two things I really hate . I’m using it for! I've used swerve for baked goods, Keto fat bombs, sauces, and even lemonade.

One is the packaging. I am now buying a bunch on cheaper options to compare it to in the hope that I can find a cheaper option because this is ridiculously expensive in my opinion , especially with it being only about 340g !
