Very easy to read and explains the structure of our back. Great book to have in the library. The exercises themselves are very easy to adopt at home and there’s no need for special requirements. It’s a short book which could be read cover to cover in a day but does require a certain amount of effort to put into practice.

This was recommended by a physician who is trying to help me with my sciatic nerve. After my latest bout of sciatica my physiotherapist recommended this book as a way of self treating my back problems.

I found the explanations within the book especially helpful as they talk through the anatomy of your spine and how certain actions and movements can cause problems. It’s a great first stop for anyone with back problems. Definately a book I would recommend to anyone with back pain.
Turns out physical therapist and a chiropractor also recommend the same exercises I can make a huge difference and it has helped me
