I mostly wear mine around the house. I am 5’11 (180cm) and 64kg, usually take size S/M and I ordered medium in these and they fit perfectly. The fabric is a bit thick so you do get sweaty in them if you do a big workout - but cycling in cooler weather they would be fine for.
