From chapter to chapter the book retains a certain charm and enthusiasm while being both educational and entertaining.

This book is absolutely incredible. What are you waiting for. James and his no none-sense attitude towards the fitness industry is totally refreshing after so many years of social influencers and 'athletes' using their positions to sell random junk filled diet pills and cheap protein to us.
