I thought the noise was strange when I took the case out of the package, and I'm glad I was careful to open it or else the CD would have fallen since it was freely moving and not secured. And this was an excellent buy. I love this album - and I'm so thankful that the CD wasn't broken or scratched as the part of the case that holds it had broken before I had even opened it/taken off the clear outer wrapper.

Maybe it was from my CD being in a rather large amazon box (I had ordered a soft laptop case at the same time), but the packing bubbles nor the soft laptop case seemed to save it from breaking on the inside and causing the CD not to be held in place. I love Wham!
