The fruit used to make it sweeten it naturally and it tastes so good you have to be careful otherwise you’ll eat them all like candy 🤣 Thats how delicious these are! First off usually products that say “sugar free” have junk artificial additives to sweeten them but BeLive Fiber doesn’t and most importantly it still tastes amazing! !

Great taste too. Absolutely LOVE! It is a bit chewy so if you have braces or dentures be aware that you may have trouble with it pulling.

Taking this with my GLP-1 medication so far so good. I’ll update once we’ve used an entire bottle on its efficacy - but for now, this is a product I am happy with! These fibre gummies work for me. I really like that it's sugar free, low sodium and low in calories.
