The powder is fine and easy to dissolve. I like to think I eat a good balanced dinner, but I have flaws. At 230 calories, it is ideal for my evening meal.

I just wish it had a stronger chocolate flavour. You use 3 scoops of powder with 300ml of skimmed milk.

I would check all ingredients if allergic before purchasing. I like a hot drink so thought I would try this with hot milk.

This is a tasty meal replacement by XLS,described by them as "Chocolate Crush" that is refreshingly easy to "whip up". It was creamy and very pleasant, far better than cold, in my opinion. What I did find though were dried strawberries that do add the flavour with added texture. This is the first time I’ve tried an Active Shape by XLS Meal Replacement Powder Shake and I must say I’m impressed as it’s one of the nicest I’ve tasted.
