Pros:The strap fits small knee size at 11inch (below knee cap). My husband suggested I buy these to provide some support due to my ongoing knee pain/injury.

I have what called Hoffa fat pad impingement. However, whilst they are comfortable and offer some stability whilst running, they don't offer the amount of support I'd hoped for during longer runs.

It helps reduce pain and possibly avoid injury. Stop immediately if you feel pain, run within your limit, and have at least 2 days rest inbetween runs or other high impact activity like football/tennis.

The price was fantastic to. Unfortunately, I think my injury/pain may not be something that can be assisted by the knee straps, not for long distances or higher impact anyway. I was even asked by another guest what they was and did they work, I was honest and said so far all plus points as he to had arthritis and was a roofer in the end I gave him the link as he wanted to try them, I really noticed the difference when I removed them so I would highly recommend these for Arthritis, runners knee injury, also patella condition as I have that to, there small and easy to use and can be carryed in your pocket if only needed at certain times. this means it neither fall off or had the feeling of dropping off during my runEasy to adjust due to the strong velcro strapI can feel its supporting my knee, and its evidence by the massive reduction of pain.

6km with sharp pain (as if i already ran 5km). Then, tightening it to feel a tight fit like wearing a skinny jeans. Oh and you get 2 in a pack so I have a spare.
