Flagging is a process that frays bristles; resulting in a larger surface area and a soft, feathered texture that effectively grabs dust and dirt. The versatile Sweep Set includes a full-size broom and extra-large dustpan. The dustpan has teeth to comb out dirt and a flexible lip that conforms to surfaces, so dust doesn't slip underneath. Dustpan locks open for easy emptying. We "flag" all of our broom bristles at the end to promote more efficient sweeping.

And the dustpan is absolutely brilliant. The brush clips nicely back into the pan and has never slipped out.

99 each. 99 but is no longer made). The design is brilliant but the item itself is tiny as you can see from photos, have that in mind when purchasing it.

Does make it a bit awkward to use. Although we use this OXO compact for dirty floor use in the tent, it would also be fine reserved for table-top sweeping. Great product but came packed in an unnecessarily large box. It's a solid, sturdy, small dustpan and brush that stands up on its own and so is easy to put away.
