Harley Laroux is such a masterful writer, and their books are always SO EASY AND FUN to read, without sacrificing quality. Rae also is a paranormal investigator and is trying to get some more views on her YouTube channel when she accidentally summons a demon and who appears? A lot of people can learn some good manners from Leon.

Plus, she’s got a penchant for paranormal stuff which makes me love her even more. I will admit, at times, I wanted to yell at Rae for being an idiot, but she was idiotic in a realistic way.

TL;DR review:The paperback of this book has gorgeously illustrated chapter pages--full-page ink! Rae is curious, sassy, strong, independent and brave. But yeah, there is definitely dark romance and more importantly: well done dark romance. The book started off a bit slow, but I was hooked by the end of chapter 3.
