So I decided to try this unrefined salt thing. I like the real salt in water. After discovering a video that salt, specifically Celtic salt, which is salt that isn't processed, demineralized, and additives (like anti-clumping agents) is added, may help with my mineral deficiency problems. Also this seemed to be an inexpensive alternative ($16 for 26oz at the time of this review).

The only negative I have with this brand is that there is a tiny amount that doesn't dissolve. Which brings me to a credit to "Celtic salt", that brand seemed to all dissolve and not have the left over problem. It's the only salt I want to use now.

Mined in the USA. And to make sure it was this salt that was making a difference, I didn't do any different activities, drink, or eat anything different in my daily routine other than adding this to my water. But I am truly convinced that this is what cured my leg cramping/dehydration problems, and now all my friends that complain about cramping or dehydration I give them a little sample of this stuff to try. I feel good knowing I’m using real unrefined sea salt.

I am doing keto and need to increase my salt intake. I don’t own a Apple Pencil but the cases/pouches are nice. I take a pinch and drink some water everyday with it to get those good minerals in my system to keep me hydrated well. I mean my leg cramping stopped so it's not like I experienced anything more beneficial using the "Celtic salt" brand.

So make sure to always keep it tightly sealed and stored in a dry place. I love this salt. I found this stuff clumps easily.

It makes the water tastier. I ordered the 26 ounce bag of fine salt. I love using this salt, it really gives my meals some taste not like regular salt. I will probably give them as Xmas gifts to my sons.
