My microwave is rather weak, so we had it on two minutes instead of one. I don't even like lavender and the smell isn't too much for me. 60 seconds in the microwave was more than enough, I needed to let it cool down a little before use, but it was toasty warm for a while. I have no problem with this and didn't expect to be able to open it, but keep that in mind when purchasing.

P. I love lobsters so I absolutely had to get this and it doesn't disappoint. HEADSUP: First few times I used him, I think I heated too long- He smelled kind of gross haha.

I’ve discovered that a minute and forty-five seconds works best for me. I saw several comments talking about taking the sack of beans out to heat on their own, but my crustacean does not come with that option, it's completely sewn shut. Overall, I LOVE my little lobster <3 Thank you! I also use this product when I put castor oil packs on my abdomen, the heat from it really helps with the treatment.

Gets the job done❤️ I use him for cramps as well comfort. I’ll just take out the heat pack in order to heat it up.
