On this occasion the code came through after a few hours. And it is under the Order Details part of the email, next to the image. Actually you get two Amazon emails, the usual one confirming your order, and then the Digital Delivery Confirmation email, that is the one that contains the code. The code is twelve characters long, split into three parts with two hyphens.
