I've bought this book 3 times I've loved trying to cook curries during lockdown. But the food is great so forgiven him for that.

There’s no pretension of some aspirational lifestyle nor self indulgent photos of the author. It includes an authentic recipes section as well as a dedicated British Indian Restaurant (BIR) section.

Excellent cook book shows you how to make so many Indian dishes from scratch. The recipes are also insightful historically - the author provides commentary on the origin & meaning of the recipe.
