I find the balance board moves just enough to get the movement I need. I place the balance board under my desk, and it's become an integral part of my workspace. In addition, one of the larger top pads is already coming unglued as well. I do use the sides to stretch muscles in my legs during the day, and as you can see from the pics it hasn’t held up very well on the edges.

Nothing hurts and I’ve lost weight! It actually makes work a little more enjoyable. Also the top of the board started peeling off after only one month. I've tried three other boards and this one seems to offer more than just lateral moves.

However, when I opened my box and inspected my board, I couldn't help but suspect that I was sent a used/refurbished board. Love it. My back was hurting, I would start falling asleep in the afternoons.
