I believe in you, and so does Dr Julie 💖💖💖 Great book that is concise but greatly effective in how it is worded. Set out in categories with sections in each it is a valuable resource for not only my continued training but also for my role in school. Such an amazing book, I highly recommend!

A must purchase. These chapters makes it helpful so you can just go to that chapter and have a read to reassure yourself and a reminder of how to break that circles. I strongly reccomend this

I found her videos invaluable; the information, tips and suggestions were fantastic and I could not recommend her to friends and fellow students enough!
