And it doesn’t feel very sturdy! There is only an on/off setting this is sufficient for my hard floor, tiles, Lino & carpet. Very happy. When i put it together and still now I cannot get thr blue triangle thing on the bottom but thought I'll give it ago without.

Mop doesn't leave the floor wet ect it'd Honestly amazing! It does what it says!

Works well and easy to use, very lightweight and not huge so easy storage! Cord is long enough, holds quite a lot of water & you can add scents to it too. This steam mop along with the Russell Hobbs steam mop detergent. I was apprehensive about buying a steam mop for years, I didn't believe that they could be as good as a hot water type mop.

Tile, mosaic tiles and even brings my Scottish wool bedroom carpet up like new (it wasn't dirty to begin with, just a bit flat)To steam clean four rooms and a hall on one floor is a bit of a faff in terms of the having to plug into several sockets due to the very short power cable, so I'll probably upgrade to a better machine with a longer cable soon. I’ve had 3 steamers in the past:B&D one £120ish which I snappedOne from Costco £80ish which I snappedOne from Curry’s for about £100 which wasn’t hot at all! Overall I’d recommend this if you’re just using day to day cleaning

my other non branded steamer took ages to dry at least 20 minutes! ! 2nd Filling the water tank is very difficult as, it’s at the back and so close to the electrical cable.

The heat, assembly & use is brilliant for the price it’s a give away. I received today, I've bought quite a few non branded that have been a bit rubbish, heavy & have broke within a year, that's not with heavy usage either!

Honestly I cannot believe what it got up! Pre Xmas I thought I would get this cheap on to tide me over with the view to get an industrial one this year BUT no needThis is great!
