Overall I think the support offered by Comgrow is outstanding and definitely worth it if you’re knew, it’s worth spending a little bit more to get the Neo as the screen is so helpful, also it has some upgrades for smoother building making it a lot easier for newer people like myself. It was fairly simple to put together however the PLA mount is a little fiddly and takes some getting used to. The print speed and quality out of the box is excellent and only took around 2 hours to build using the printed instructions (once deciphered) although there are many videos online, 'Teaching Tech' is very good and has helped me through most installations and mods. Definitely looking to print farming

I’m glad I brought this one the printer is a lot more stable the the Anet and was easy to put together. This is my first 3D printer and I am now hooked! The 3D printer was well packed and everything was there . I’m planning on printing DND terrain for our campaigns and it seems really capable.
