I kept the size 7. 6”, which was the length of a couple of my perfect sized shoes at home. I ordered them and tried them out.

5 in heels or 8 in runners, so I'd suggest to size down from your current size. The most important point is that these shoes are very light, and there is no sound when walking, which avoids the embarrassment of going to the library and making noise. But with so many reviews that said to size down I got a bit confused. For your reference, my feet measure 24 cm / 9.

We were there for 7 hours , in 95 degree weather and these were so comfy! 5 and hate when my feet creep off the edge of a shoe EVER.

So I went against the reviews and sized up. Shipped from Japan on Monday, and arrived at my doorstep on Friday morning. So, for reference I’m 5’5 ; 220lbs (overweight in the eyes of my doctor) and suffer from flat feet and plantar fasciitis. 5 in.

No foot pain at all. The strap on the heel hangs kind of low. Very fast delivery! I'll update my review to comment on comfort after walking in them for my trip to Mexico!

If you suffer from foot pain like I do, try these out! From some angles, the shoe is a little too big for me in the toe section, but for normal standing or walking, I think the size is right.
