Overall though it is a good book and testament to Kevyn Aucoins work. It is much more detailed than the other book and gives a lot of general advice on shading and style compared to the other book. How do I be mad at a little artist using Kevyn as inspiration.

Every make up fan should only these books though As they have become as iconic as the styles they are showcasing I read over this makeup book which was a great find they also have it on barns and noble and I can say it helped me achieve the flawless makeup look showed at the top and i had to work with a professional photographer so the makeup was hitting the lightening so perfectly definitely read up for beginners or just if you need a good read I purchased this book after having seen it at my friends house. A must have for the bookstores of all makeup artists or enthusiasts!

its like new! The transformation pictures were beautiful, I wish the diagrams had images of real eyes and lips instead of cartoonish like images but the time this book came out it is understandable why they had those type of images.

Weeeerk. Easy reading layout with nice photo examples. This book shouldn't be your sole source as a beginner in make-up or you can get confused but it should be in your top 5 make-up books you should have. Arrived in less than 24 hours, perfect and packaged in the usual Amazon package for books.
