No different in packaging or quality, but always cheaper on Amazon. Bought on 09/2023. However, as many previous buyers have mentioned, the packet's sealing isn't the best.

No frills creatine monohydrate, does what it says without giving it a fancy name and hiking up the price. Great price taste lovely and very fast delivery thankyou It leaves no taste or ordour so it’s perfect.

They recommend 3 grams a serving but I’ve read studies which suggest if you’re a bit of a unit you might might want to consume 5-10 grams a day for optimal benefit. Edit: Does not dissolve in water. For me, the seal does work but it seems very weak - I would recommend transfering the contents into a trusty container or bringing a spare plastic zipper bag just in case the seal decides to break.

On the first day of using the product, I also experienced slight stomach pain and blew a few clouds of gas. . Last thing to note, 3g is scientifically proven to offer optimum performance, don't forcefully stick to 5g. really good product, but its too expensive it is understandable as now creatine prices are getting higher and higher.
