It's new again. In reality, it rinses when turned on and one when turned off; I find the correct procedure, when turned on it it is used to send the machine to temperature and to turn off to clean the infuser group.

The only flaw, the small water tank. The Gaggia Brera has been on the market for several years, but over time has undergone several upgrades and improvements.

For a double espresso or a double long coffee just press the corresponding keys twice in a row. After a purchase of a DeLonghi 80 euri, which made watered down coffee, the cappuccino with so much foam (not cream) and smelled burnt and produced in Romania, as most I flunked this brand.

However, a tip: a pebble underneath prevents you from constantly emptying the water collector. Nice taste and thick cream. Finally, the tank where the pressed coffee “discs” fall is large but with few discs it is warning you that it needs to be emptied. Summary.

As you would expect in such a machine it has a pannarello for heating and frothing milk in addition to a hot water outlet. I use Sati beans, 5€ per kilo on offer against 50/60 € per kilo for the old coffee from my previous machine, in other words, it is a pleasure but also an economical purchase! Obviously use good quality coffee beans and you will have good quality coffee.
