Beginning life as one of our development gins, we have taken our London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused this with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. The world of spirits is infinite, fascinating, entertaining, distracting and a giver of great pleasure. A tart Rhubarb finish rounds off the drink leaving an unforgettable flavour on the palate. The gin is exceptionally pure, complemented with water drawn from the famous Harrogate aquifer, known throughout the world for the purity of the water. Top with ginger beer, stir thoroughly and garnish with a mint sprig and fresh raspberries.
