The train tracks and train cars looked exactly the same as the photos. The truth is a little expensive but if it's worth it it's a very big train and it has control, it also turns on the headlight in the front and makes sounds

The model is really well done, there are no instructions, but the assembly (including the treasure hunt on where to insert the batteries 😜) is easy and intuitive, its wireless remote control closes the set. To my great surprise, the shipment was neither Italian nor European, but totally American, in fact, the Polar Express arrived from Florida covering more than 8800km with FedEx in just 3 days from expedition but above all untouched.

Whooo Whooo! The train consists of 4 pieces, a locomotive, a tender and two carriages, one of which is a tail with a platform, close the complete set 24 curves and 8 straights sufficient to create a 188cm x 127cm oval or a 150cm x 150cm square.

We've used one set of the C batteries in Engine each year for quite a lot of running. In itself, already alone under the tree, the Polar Express (or PolEx affectionately called by Tom Hanks “Conductor”) adds a magical touch to the Christmas atmosphere, but with the Sleigh Bell of Santa Claus (included in the package! We ordered it from Singapore and it arrived within 1 week.

I must say that the few reviews on this product did not clarify many of my doubts, those who bought it before me did not talk about it in a full-bodied way, much less he had attached interesting photos or videos. The tracks are made of plastic, easy to join through two interlocking hooks and sufficient to make a turn around a tree with a base of 160 cm in diameter (mine is 240 high with a base of 160 cm). We use a thin plywood base and a few small tacks to assure the track stays aligned together.

We printed out a ticket that kind of looks like it so he is happy but it would be great to get the actual ticket that comes with this set. The traction locomotive needs 6 half torches (Type C batteries), while the remote control of 2 stylus (AA batteries), fortunately I already had a set of 14 rechargeable half torches with me, in this way the fun is continuous! My children are delighted to have received it.
