Hoping it will clear up the rough side. We hole punched for keyrings but need a bigger hole so will hole punch a bigger space next time. They take seconds to shrink in a heated oven, I placed them on a tray with baking paper, and squashed them with a smooth, hardback book to get rid of any slight curl.

I found that placing my design so that it went from the top to bottom of the sheet meant it had less warping as I had previously tried it 'landscape' to get two out of every sheet but they were squished looking. I used Imagination Crafts Sparkle medium in tiny amounts on alcohol ink pens which was successful. My original size was 8cm width which shrank down to about 3.

Decided to use these to make pin badges that were lighter than the clay ones I was making. Please be aware these are NOT A4 sheets, as I made that error. We absolutely love these!

I used coloured pencils for mine (Mabel pines from gravity falls) I bought the white shrinkle sheets, the colour comes out really well on them but you can't trace the image, free hand is fine :)I was surprised by how quickly it shrank but I didn't get mine on a flat surface quick enough so it's not entirely flat. On the Cricut I made my own custom material setting which was 350 pressure (so all the way up) and 6 passes. But, once I realised you have to keep heating (and flattening) longer than I was in the beginning, it worked perfectly - I’m using a heat gun and a teaspoon to press down/flatten, as I couldn’t get objects to lie flat enough for cards when using my oven.

Having had a revived interest in Shrink plastic to make unique key-rings for my students , I decided to order this product. Permenant marker works a charm on them and can come out with some very vivid colours. Though I made an error buying these thinking they were A4, it turned out far better than expected as they were actually the perfect size. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Once shrunk and finished curling I tipped it onto the table and put a glass tile over it to flatten and cool. We have started to make teacher gifts - we practiced using some colouring pencils on the first ones (the squirrel and the two faces) and they came out so nice! Great fun for all ages, I've used them with 2-15 year olds, but even some of the parents had a go and got involved! I find sharpies the most effective, cheap markers smudge and paint flakes once they have shrunk.
