The Bitzee pet arrives in a reasonably nice retail box, which has the ability to display the pets without opening the packaging. The pets live in what looks like an oversized ring box. If this happens, you might as well throw it in the bin.

Overall, nice, but not overly impressed. Great for retail, but not so for mail order.

This basically spins a mirror that makes the 3D hologram effect work. Yes, it has a motor!

I hope that helps. The only problem I have with this is how easy it is to touch the spinning mirror a little too hard and breaking it. While the pet in question will be making its own sounds, it doesn’t drown out the sound of the motor. As soon as you open the box, you can hear the motor start up.
