Having looked at a few supermarket recipe cards & celeb chef cookbooks focusing on low budget meals I read this with interest I also costed some of the recipes & they really do cost less than a Fiver, without having to buy from different shops. Recipes are easy to follow, photos are enticing so it's a 10/10 from me. Thank you Mitch! I'm a real fan of this book.

Lots of vegan recipes too so now the whole family can enjoy the same dinner! Even though it was written before the cost of everything increased, I priced up the beef hotpot and it came in at £5. But its worth it because they are so tasty.
