99, which was the price at time of writing. The media could not be loaded. All in all, it's a good toy for a child, albeit slightly expensive at £44. Straight out of the box there look a lot of parts, but assembly is fairly straightforward thanks to the simple and clear instructions.

I hope you found this review helpful. There are also buttons which play tunes and points at which a sound will be triggered, which require 3AAA batteries to work. This animal tree playset makes a great gift for a child for birthdays or Christmas.

Like most electric toys these days it comes with two sound settings (Low and high) but even on the highest setting it’s difficult to hear, for example, you can pop the animals through the little red treehouse at the top and they will clatter down the tree and come out the slide, triggering a sound as they do so, but you can hardly hear it as the plastic toy dropping through the mechanism is louder than the sound effect that is triggered. There are a couple of buttons on the front which play tunes & phrases, and 2 interactive points on the set where if you place the animals they say phrasesThe whole thing is kind of fun, it’s bright, it’s colourful and there is enough to keep younger children entertained and it’s just about worth the £50 asking price. Assembly is pretty straightforward and once setup, there are slides, hammocks, lanterns, pools and animals to provide a child with plenty of play points.
The only reason I’ve knocked a star off is it’s not very loud. Once assembled, there are four little plastic animals to dot round and various interactive points, including swinging hammock & birds, a pool, a pretend telescope, a hanging lantern and a campfire.
This is a nice looking child’s playhouse from Vtech, based around an animal treehouse. My younger grandchildren love this toy as there’s enough going on to keep little hands entertained and it’s fiddly enough to keep their inquisitive minds active.
