I contacted the supplier BUGSONLINE however they advised me to contact amazon which I have and not heard back yet? We love this pancake and waffle mix. It is much more expensive than when we purchase it in the US but I guess that’s what you pay to have it delivered to the Uk. We order it regularly and there often leakage of powder from the box to the bag it is in.
