It was more powerful than I expected for a cheaper model. Ok it got blocked when some of the moist branches clogged the exit shute but this was quickly cleared out and we were up and running again. It's easy to avoid though but not putting through too much at once and putting through some dry, woody material every now and again to help keep things moving.

The shredder made short work of our apple free prunings without a problem. I got the through the pile in the picture in about an hour or so.

We've used it most weekends for about 3 to 4 hours at a time and it does not struggle at all. The machine performed well and took the branches (dry and moist) down to small bits which are ideal for composting. The feeder plunger tool is very useful for small branches and hedge trimmings etc. Fantastic shredder.
