It is vastly over priced but it is extremely high quality and the trackpad opens up a whole new world of possibilities for what is essentially a tablet. The keyboard is beautiful, a classy object, impeccably finished, perfect in operation and, hopefully, as reliable over time as an Apple product should be. The cursor works brilliantly and using it keeps my screen crystal clear. The travel and keys are easy to get used to, especially if you're coming from a MacBook

To buy one of these keyboards, however, you need 90 or 100 euros, so it cannot be an expense just for testing. Undoubtedly, the engineers had to accept compromises on ergonomic choices due to the fact that the space available is limited so it is understandable that the function keys are missing, which in any case personally I find myself using relatively little. I thought the lack of tilt would be an issue but it really isn’t and it has a power through port to charge the iPad while you use it.

Opening the case does require 2 hands but most people have 2 so unless you only have 1 then stop moaning. These are both positive aspects but, in my opinion, not substantial, also because in both cases the overall size increases. Probably if a user uses the touch function of the screen more and only sporadically the keyboard, he could turn to a product that is not original. Connecting the iPad to the keyboard case was very easy and immediate, I immediately appreciated the perfection of the construction, the perfect digitization with sensitive and responsive keys that return a pleasant and silent tactile response.

The weight with the keyboard is sensitive, on the order of that of the Mac Book, which I know well, the dimensions are still much smaller. 00 cheaper. Quite simply the best and most thoughtfully crafted keyboard case for the 2018 and 2020 iPad Pro range.
