I wasnt expecting him to actually use it in all honesty but he make a gorgeous dinner the other day and it was just like a takeaway! Thank you and well done Kwoklyn Wan! I first knew of kwoklyn from some of his recipes in martial arts illustrated magazine and I always hoped kwoklyn would knock out a cookery book as I liked his recipes in the martial arts magazine.
