How To Care For Your Nails
- Dampen a lint free wipe (or cotton wool) with the acetone then place on nail and wrap each nail with foil for 10-15 minutes before removal.
- Remove the foil and gently scrape of the gel polish with a cuticle pusher.
- Re-apply if necessary.
- Prep the nail by using a buffing block or nail file to remove the shiny top layer.
- Wash hands thoroughly and dry, followed by an application of cuticle oil to help moisturise and rehydrate the cuticle.

Written by a nail technician. Left it on for 10 minutes. My own nails are very, very strong so a main concern for me is removing gel without taking nail layer off and ending up with weak nails. Product easy to apply (do shake it first), no mess, no smell - a bit like wallpaper paste.

Quicker than normal acrylic nail varnish removal. Generally I just use a file and gently buff away my gel. I never write reviews but I was so impressed with this product.

The main sticking point for me has quite literally been that! Generally good value for money but as the product is thick I could imagine using quite a lot of it at a time and needing to replace regularly. Quick and easy. Does what it says.

This product does work as described in many reviews and photo files, however! I have flirted with doing my own gel nails on and off for years. Definitely easier than wrapping fingers in foil but didn’t save that much time.

Happy to say nails feel fine, no soreness to the nail bed and though tiny bit rough they are still strong and not damaged like the occasion I was peeling them 😱Overall good, easiest method I’ve come across but definitely get the scraper tool. I filed the topcoat off, applied this and with two minutes it was off! I would say it is less harmful than Acetone drenched on cotton wool and foils heating up your gel removal process. Bloody brilliant,I absolutely love it.

Make sure you file or buffer off the top layer and make sure you have the tool to gently take it off. Small amount bubbling as it lifts but nothing like you get with the Cotton wool & foil removal so don’t expect that. I’m super impressed with that. So enter this product,I was sceptical but ,it actually does exactly what it says it does!
